Microchip Technology Inc. MCP3004 / 3008器件是具有板載採樣和保持電路的逐次逼近式10位模數（A / D）轉換器。

MCP3008可編程，以提供四個偽差分輸入對或八個單端輸入。
差分非線性（DNL）和積分非線性（INL）指定為±1 LSB。 與設備的通信是通過與SPI協議兼容的簡單串行接口完成的。
這些設備的轉換速率最高可達200 ksps。 MCP3004 / 3008器件的工作電壓範圍很廣（2.7V-5.5V）。 低電流設計允許在僅5 nA的典型待機電流和320μA的典型有功電流下工作。
