BUZ356 為 N 通道、增強型結構的高壓 SIPMOS® 功率電晶體，具備 800V 高耐壓、5.3A 連續電流能力與 2Ω RDS(on)，適合應用於高壓開關、電源轉換、感性負載驅動與一般功率控制電路。器件通過雪崩能量等級（Avalanche Rated），可承受瞬態高能量壓降，提升整體系統可靠度。採用 TO-218 AA 封裝，具備良好散熱性能，適合工控設備、電源模組與驅動電路使用。
