SI2303DS 是一顆 P-Channel MOSFET（30 V、約1.7 A）低壓場效電晶體，採用 SOT-23 小型封裝，適合用於電源開關、負載切換、DC-DC 轉換器與電池供電系統等低壓功率電路。其具有低開態電阻（rDS(on)）、高開關效率與適用寬溫度範圍，適合一般消費性電子與工控應用。
