SI99xx 系列為 SOP-8 封裝的功率 MOSFET 家族，包含 N-Channel 與 P-Channel 型號，擁有低導通阻抗、穩定開關性能與寬溫度耐受特性，適用於電源開關、負載控制與低壓 DC-DC 轉換等應用。N 型元件適合電源與負載驅動，P 型元件則適合電源端切換或高端控制。各型號在耐壓、電流能力及驅動特性上略有差異，可依實際電路需求選擇最適合的 MOSFET。
