P3055LD 是 NIKO-SEM 所生產的邏輯電平驅動型 N 通道增強型 MOSFET，採用 TO-252（D-PAK）表面黏著封裝。其最大漏極電壓為 25V，連續漏極電流可達 12A（@25°C），在 VGS=10V 時導通電阻僅約 50mΩ。具備快速切換特性與完整的雪崩耐受設計，短脈衝最大承載電流可達 45A，適合用於高效率電源控制、馬達驅動與工業自動化應用。熱性能優良，封裝熱阻低，操作與儲存溫度範圍為 -55°C 至 150°C，並符合 RoHS 環保規範。
