PHB45N03LT 是一款具備邏輯電平驅動能力的 N 通道 TrenchMOS 功率型 MOSFET，採用 D2PAK（TO-263）表面黏著封裝。具備低導通電阻與高電流承載能力，典型 Rds(on) 約為 16 mΩ（VGS = 10 V），連續漏極電流可達 45A，適合高功率、高效率的應用設計。

此元件支援快速切換操作並具備良好的雪崩耐受性，最大耗散功率可達 86W，接面溫度範圍寬廣，可達 175 °C。非常適合應用於同步整流、DC/DC 轉換器、開關式電源、馬達驅動與其他高頻功率管理電路中。
