IRF3704STRR 是一款具備邏輯電平驅動能力的 N 通道功率 MOSFET，採用 TO-263（D2PAK）表面黏著封裝。具備 20 V 的最大漏極電壓與 77 A 的持續電流（@散熱條件下），此元件支援雪崩耐受與快速切換特性，總耗散功率達 87 W，封裝熱阻低，符合 RoHS 無鉛環保規範，適合用於高效率電源轉換、同步整流、馬達驅動與大電流負載應用。其最大導通電阻約為 9 mΩ（@ VGS=10 V, ID=15 A），在中低壓應用中可有效降低損耗並提升整體轉換效率。
