IRF3711 TO-220 功率型 MOSFET 專為高頻率電源轉換應用而設計，特別適用於電信與工業用 隔離式 DC-DC 轉換器 以及 伺服器處理器電源的同步整流降壓轉換器。


本元件針對同步降壓架構進行優化，具備 抗電容感應誤導通的特性，可有效提升穩定度與效率。此外，IRF3711 採用 無鉛製程，完全符合環保規範。
