SW-420（CLA-3）振動感測器是一種專為電動車、摩托車上的報警器開發的振動傳感元件。
因為它簡略了傳統的報警器上用的蜂鳴片、磁鐵加彈簧的複雜結構，因而近年在電動車報警器上廣泛應用。

本開關的原理是：平時任何角度開關都是接通狀態，受到振動或移動時，開關內導通電流的滾軸會產生移動或振動，從而導致通過的電流斷開或電阻阻值的升高而觸發電路。這種開關的特點是平時一般處於導通狀態耐振動時會短暫斷開，所以它的靈敏度很高，通過IC的設置，客戶可按自身產品的靈敏度要求作調整。

  • 本規格產品SW-420為單滾軸型全方位感應觸發開關,本產品可全方產感應不同方向的振動、傾斜。
  • 當無振動或傾斜時，產品為閉路ON/OFF狀態，處於穩定狀態，當有振動或傾斜時,導電電阻增大或降低，產生電流脈衝信號，從而觸發電路。
  • 本規格產品為完全密封式封裝，可防水、防塵。
  • 本規格產品適用小電流電路的傾斜、震動感應觸發
