SM4004A 是一款表面黏著型矽整流二極體，適用於各類需要高浪湧耐受能力與空間節省的應用。它具備 RoHS 無鉛環保認證，封裝小巧輕便，適合自動貼片（Pick and Place）流程。內建抗拉應力設計，提升組裝與長期使用的穩定性，並支援各種安裝方向。


此款元件採用成型塑膠外殼，環氧樹脂符合 UL 94V-0 阻燃等級。端子為鍍錫處理，符合 MIL-STD-202F 標準的焊接測試要求。色帶標示代表負極端，元件重量僅約 0.063 公克，適合對體積與重量敏感的應用場景，如電源轉換、整流橋輸出、馬達反向保護等。
