AP61300 是一款 3A 同步降壓轉換器，具有2.4V 至 5.5V 的寬輸入電壓範圍。 該設備完全整合了70mΩ 高側功率 MOSFET 和 50mΩ 低側功率MOSFET提供高效率的降壓DC-DC轉換。
AP61300/AP61302 裝置可透過最大限度地減少由於採用恆定導通時間，外部元件數量減少（COT）控制實現快速瞬態響應，輕鬆循環穩定性和低輸出電壓漣波。
