具有動作迅速、控溫精確、控制電流大、使用壽命長的特點，被廣泛應用於各類微型電機、設計及動作原理
將帶有環保型銀觸點的彈性元件連接在底板上，底板與彈簧片裝有感溫靈敏的雙金屬碟片
嵌入金屬外殼／陶瓷外殼或PBT外殼。熱量傳到雙金屬片，達到雙金屬片的規定值時其瞬間動作
溫度低於該溫度，開關不接通。當溫度高於該溫度，開關自動接通，開啟負載電源。當溫度降低，開關又自動斷開，隨著溫度的變化而狀態循環
