商品簡介

磁簧開關（Reed Switch）是一種被動式的電子開關元件，具備體積小、結構簡單、反應靈敏等優點，安裝與控制皆相當方便。外觀通常為一根密封的玻璃管，內部裝有兩片鐵質彈性舌簧，並填充惰性氣體（如氮氣或氬氣）以防止接點氧化。而所謂「常開型（Normally Open, NO）」磁簧開關，是指磁鐵靠近時電路導通，平時則為斷開狀態。也就是說，沒有磁力時開關處於開路；當磁鐵靠近時，金屬片吸合，電路接通；磁鐵移開後，電路再次中斷。

磁簧開關廣泛用於磁場感測、限位控制、計數感應、門禁偵測等場合，例如門磁、窗磁、各式防盜系統，也常見於通訊設備、家電控制與工業應用。由於開關狀態可透過永久磁鐵控制，因此也被稱為「磁控開關」。

加工引腳需謹慎：在剪切或彎折磁簧開關的腳位時，請務必小心，避免對玻璃與金屬密封處施加壓力，以防破損或漏氣。建議使用適當夾具輔助操作。
焊接需控制時間與溫度：長時間加熱或溫度過高會導致玻璃破裂，建議採用快速而穩定的焊接方式。手焊建議溫度為 280～300°C，波焊為 250～300°C。
