Circus 7697D 雙頻 2.4G/5G (相容 LinkIt 7697) 特別增加連接5GHz Wi-Fi頻段功能，相較2.4Ghz擁有干擾較少、速度更快的優點，並完全相容之前的LinkIt 7697，使得使用者在製作IoT專案上有不同的選擇。

搭載MT7697D 晶片，整合雙頻Wi-Fi、低功耗藍牙、搭載具有浮點運算單元的ARM® Cortex®- M4處理器和RAM，還內建一個輸出功率高達10dBm的功率放大器，在所有的同級競品中，擁有最高的集成度，並支援許多週邊介面，包括：UART、I2C、SPI、I2S、PWM、IrDA、輔助ADC，以及嵌入式SRAM/ROM。此外，MT7697D支援低功耗藍牙(BLE)，尤其在iOS設備上，可實現高達160字節的最大傳輸單元。
