MAX6675 是美國MAXIM公司生產的帶有冷端補償、線性校正、熱電偶斷線檢測的12位元解析度串列熱電偶模數轉換器。

MAX6675的主要特性如下  
1、簡單的SPI串列口溫度值輸出。
2、0℃ ～ 1024℃的測溫範圍，轉換器溫度解析度為0.25°C。
3、片內冷端補償。
4、高阻抗差動輸入。
5、熱電偶斷線檢測。
6、工作電壓範圍廣3. 0 ～ 5. 5V，工作電流50mA。
8、工作溫度範圍-20℃ ～ 85℃。
9、2000V的ESD信號 。

應用範圍
1 尤其適合單片機愛好者、學生、科研單位實驗、樣機開發用
2 室溫測量、汽車改裝、汽車空調、冰箱、冷櫃、以及中低溫乾燥箱等.
