這是一種利用光學感測方法檢測空氣中灰塵顆粒濃度的灰塵感測器。 紅外線發光二極體（IR LED）和光電感測器以光學方式佈置在該設備中。 光電感測器可偵測空氣中灰塵顆粒反射的 IR LED 光。

智慧灰塵感測器可以偵測香菸煙霧等小顆粒，並透過訊號輸出的脈衝模式區分煙霧等小顆粒和大的室內灰塵。

  • 尺寸緊湊，重量輕（約W59x H46x D18 mm，23g）
  • PWM（脈寬調變）輸出（低脈衝輸出）
  • 能夠區分香煙煙霧的小顆粒和室內灰塵的大顆粒
  • 透過灰塵感測器中的加熱器電阻實現恆定的強制空氣對流
  • 無鉛且符合 ROHS 指令
  • 最小可檢測粒徑1μm以上
  • （室內灰塵尺寸：平均 20μm，黃色灰塵尺寸：平均 20μm，香菸灰塵尺寸：平均 1μm）
