錫膏，是一種含有助焊劑、及細微焊錫顆粒懸浮於膠狀溶劑中的焊接材料，受熱後具良好流動性，能填充焊點，減少焊接缺陷，主要用於電子組裝與表面黏著技術。


應用範圍：

  • 用於PCB上之電子元件焊接
  • BGA、QFN等無引繳的微小元件焊接
  • 電子設備的補焊或維修，提高導電性與焊接強度

使用說明：
