K21D 系列鋁合金控制器外殼採用 6063-T5 材質，具備輕量、高強度與良好散熱特性，外表經陽極氧化處理，耐磨抗腐蝕，適合作為電子模組、控制器、感測器或工控設備的機構外殼。外殼為分體式設計，前後擋板厚度 1.5mm，搭配螺絲固定，可方便安裝電路板或客製化開孔。部分型號搭配防衝撞護角，能提升端板保護效果並加強整體耐用度。系列提供多種尺寸可選，適用於各類嵌入式應用與 DIY 電子裝置整合。
