能方便拿四面引腳，雙面引腳IC、IC起拔專用，防靜電，無需電源及電池即可使用，抓取電子零件及小產品特別方便，操作簡單，使用真空吸筆摘取零件與用鑷子摘取零件相比，可以避免碰掉周邊的零件

手動真空吸筆使用方法

  • 先選擇好與要吸放的IC尺寸相對應的吸盤裝在吸筆嘴上
  • 吸筆裝好吸盤後,將吸盤輕輕對準IC零件的中間(在作BGA之前,零件表面要清潔好,否則會影響吸筆的吸力)
  • 按下吸筆上的按鈕是筆內的裝置空氣排出，然後放開按鈕筆桿產生真空吸力把IC吸起
  • 把吸起的IC放在要放置的位置上，按下按鈕，筆桿內真空裝置排出空氣，使IC從吸盤上脫落
