封裝工藝：四周標准704矽橡膠密封

有字的一面是制冷面

無字的一面是散熱面

必須要在散熱面加裝散熱器，或水冷散熱裝置,否則會燒毀 。（注意：不管水冷或者是風冷都要塗導熱矽脂）

注意：如是散熱沒做好導致的制冷片燒壞，本店不負責保修。在無散熱狀態下測試時接通電源即會有制冷效果。應在1秒內立即拔掉電源.否則極易燒壞制冷片。《請慎重測試，生手勿用此方法測試。》
