DESCRIPTION

The ILD205T, ILD206T, ILD207T, ILD211T, ILD213T,ILD217T are optically coupled pairs with a gallium arsenideinfrared LED and a silicon NPN phototransistor. Signalinformation, including a DC level, can be transmitted by thedevice while maintaining a high degree of electrical isolationbetween input and output. The ILD205T, ILD206T, ILD207T,ILD211T, ILD213T, ILD217T come in a standard SOIC-8small outline package for surface mounting which makes itideally suited for high density applications with limitedspace. In addition to eliminating through-holesrequirements, this package conforms to standards forsurface mounted devices.

A specified minimum and maximum CTR allows a narrowtolerance in the electrical design of the adjacent circuits. Thehigh BVCEO of 70 V gives a higher safety margin comparedto the industry standard of 30 V.
